We will require all clients to have signed a copy by the 1st October 2026, we will be rolling this out over the next few months. But please understand all bookings which are confirmed with us are still agreeing to our terms and conditions and all conditions apply. By confirming and attending an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

Under the new regulations, all personal details that are entered into our digital diary system, online (via website, Facebook, Instagram and other online portals) will be kept securely and will not be used to contact you regarding anything other than relating to your pets grooming & updates on availability. Your data will not be shared outside of this business.
Pricing & Schedules
Since 2023 clients have been on a pricing structure based on a grooming schedule recommended for their breed & style of grooming. For example:
Fluffy (Cocker Spaniel Show Type)
6 Weekly grooms on a typical breed style clip
£65 for up to 6 weekly grooms.
This schedule is based on your individual dog and will be discussed when you are quoted your ongoing price after your dogs first groom with myself, but this price is not fixed due to varying factors and is just a guideline.
If a client decides to go over their usual schedule this will incur an overdue groom fee. If the cancellation is due to the groomer, this fee will be waivered.
This fee is to cover the extra time bathing, drying, brushing and styling.
Please note this is a separate charge to the matting charge, if the coat is also matted this will be an additional charge on top. This is to ensure the extra work involved is covered and we can allow extra time for the groom, and in turn we are not made to run late due to the extra work.
Due to being one-to-one we have to ensure our day runs smoothly and for this reason will only work by schedules for breeds who need regular styling.
