A note from Kelsey
In 2015 A10 Pet Services was born, I created a friendly yet professional dog walking & pet sitting business in the North Hertfordshire area. I started this business because of Indy, my Dalmatian who has now sadly passed. My love of dogs grew when we brought her home and I knew I wanted to work with dogs. Over the years I have taken a step back from the dog walking, leaving the day to day running to the rest of the team - Alice, Caroline & Emma who some of you may know!
After the birth of my daughter in 2018, I decided to complete my dog grooming qualification to fit around my new found family life and haven't looked back since. I adore the creative side of dog grooming, and specialise in grooming all things doodle!
I have gained a huge part of my experience and knowledge from Rachel of Rachels Dog Grooming in Milton Keynes. I have been lucky enough to get hands on experience with a huge variety of breeds with a wide range of styles, as a self employed stylist. I started The Dog Spot in 2022, from my parents house in Sandon with the aim of being closer to home. Starting with my little trailer, I quickly outgrew it and invested in a bespoke dog grooming pod. Business thrived and it’s led me to where I am today, in a salon I could only dream of when I first started grooming 6 years ago. This move in 2025 will change my life for the better and help support my little family. I am so exited to meet meet & groom the dogs of South Cambs !
Indy gave me a drive to work with animals, and she sets the standard of care I pride myself in now. I understand what it is like as an owner wanting the best for your beloved family member. Although she is no longer with us her memory & legacy lives on with my work.

Danielle joined the team in March 2025. Danielle offers all the same range of grooming services as Kelsey, as she will be renting a table on a self employed basis under her business name Danielle Grooms. You can contact Danielle directly on 07745 614996.
Danielle is insured and has 8 years of professional grooming experience. Her favourite breeds to groom are the doodles but enjoys grooming all breeds and can groom to a high quality pet trim. You can book in via our main number or with Danielle directly.
