Our First Year - 2025 One to Remember!

Wow, what a first year it has been in the salon. We have said goodbye to some old friends due to the move, and met some lovely new clients (both humans and dogs !). 2025 was definitely a year of growth. Here are some fun facts from this years stats:

1. Our busiest months were December, June and September

2. Our most popular breeds were Cockapoos, Cocker Spaniels and Labradors

3. We welcomed 176 human clients this year (some with multiple dogs)

4. We provided 22 puppies with their puppy intro grooms - setting them up for success

5. We completed 1362 appointments in 2025!!

6. Most of our clients are from the Royston area

Thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors in 2025 and will continue to do so through 2026. Dog grooming requires a good working relationship between dogs, owners and the dog groomer and we appreciate everyone who trusts us and works with us based on our professional opionion. Every dog is different and has different needs and we will always prioritise working with clients who understand this. We pride ourselves on ensuring your dog is safe, happy and groomed to the highest quality we possibly can.

Here's to 2026, we have so much to look forward to. We have training booked with a certified master cat groomer on the 26th Jan to be able to add Cat Grooming to our services this year, Kelsey has a one to one session booked for a days training with an award winning dog groomer in Cardiff in January to improve her skills, and we have our very first dog grooming competition booked in Feb. Not a bad start to the year, one thing you can guarantee is that we promise to continue our learning and push ourselves to be better each and every year! This isn't a job, its our passion.
